MT ENT Medical Spa was founded by Dr. Mary Lewis a board-certified head and neck surgeon, who needed an artistic outlet. Her initial injectable training was in Seattle where patients requested the natural look of “looking like they did yoga and ate organic”. This request blended seamlessly with her knowledge of facial harmonization to create the outcomes she achieves today. She believes in natural results in addition to incorporating microcannula with ultra sound for added comfort and safety.
Concierge level care: Dr. Mary’s vision is that patients can reach her real time. No”middle man”. No barriers to care. Her commitment to her patients stems from the thought that if one text can save hours of agony or questioning, that is time well-spent.

Dr. Lewis believes in a hybrid approach combining hyaluronic acid (commonly known as fillers) with biostimulants (Sculptra). This hybrid approach to facial balancing blends restoring facial volume immediately with skin glow and tightening through Sculptra’s activation of type 1 collagen and elastin. This approach creates the most effective and natural results that Dr. Lewis’ patients have valued over the years.

As an ENT surgeon, Dr. Lewis has been utilizing facial balancing since her early years as a resident. She has been able to apply her surgical expertise and artistic eye to provide the most natural results.
